Constructive discussions and effective cooperation in Agavnadzor: beautiful traditions are going on

Summing up the results of the work for the 2021-22 academic year, the degree of effectiveness of the college is evaluated in the Agavnadzor training camp.Our employees of the Quantum College, who have worked all year with the greatest enthusiasm and fulfilled their most important mission with glory, can go on a well-deserved rest to organize work in the next academic year with the same efficiency. However, until this year, in order to summarize the work done by the college, the last gathering was convened. On July 17-20 of this year, a number of teachers from various departments of the college gathered under the hospitable roof of the Quantum College, located in the Agavnadzor of the "Orbita" training center. The goal was the final seminar at the end of the year, during which a number of vital problems were identified, multilevel discussions on them unfolded, an attempt was made to find systemic solutions to significant issues, ranging from assessment to steps aimed at more effective organization of the educational process, which will make education even more holistic. On the first day of the four-day seminar, the head of the geography department of the gymnasium S. Suvaryan (topic: "Communication and cooperation in the Quantum College) and the head of the psychological service E. Barteneva (topic: "bullying") spoke on very interesting and topical topics. Due to the 44-day war and the pandemic, events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Quantum College were postponed for a year. A screening of a film dedicated to the Quantum College was organized in the new hall of the Agavnadzor training center. The reports of the head of the Department of History of the gymnasium M. Malkhasyan and the head of the Department of Computer Science M. Karapetyan also on the topics "Student-teacher cooperation in the college "Quantum", "Tricks to prevent transcription" also gave special importance to all quantum students, and a heated discussion unfolded. With a harmonious combination of high professional qualities and excellent human relations, the seminars became even more holistic and comprehensive. The final four-day gathering of gymnasium staff will undoubtedly give the desired results, opening up new horizons for torchbearers of light.
