THE NEW YEAR'S TALE OF THE LITTLE QUANTUMS
A warm and bright New Year's mood reigned in the founding school of the college, where the children using additional educational services recently held a beautiful and memorable event titled "New Year's Masquerade." The room decorated with festive characters and smiles was filled with sincere childish joy. The children performed New Year's songs and recitations, delighting those present with their free and uninhibited performances, artistry, and stage presence. During the event, New Year's poems and songs were sung, which created a truly fairy-tale atmosphere. The most impressive and anticipated moment of the event was, of course, the appearance of Santa Claus. His visit became a real holiday for the children. Accompanied by songs and laughter, Santa Claus congratulated the children and distributed gifts, doubling their joy and festive excitement. It is noteworthy that for 5 years now, on the initiative of assistant teacher Tatev Sardaryan, many similar events have been organized throughout the year, within the framework of which the little quantum students get the opportunity to discover and develop their creative potential, communicate on stage and present themselves to the public with sincere and direct moods. Behind the masks: children's smiles and a New Year's miracle: the New Year's magic of the first grade took place. The "New Year's Masquerade" once again confirmed that such initiatives are not only beautiful festive events, but also an important educational and educational environment, where children learn to express themselves, work together and share the warmth of the holiday with each other. WHEN THE QUANTUM STAGE BECOME A PLATFORM OF IDEAS. ..
Another memorable page in the cultural life of the “Quantum” school opened: this time the school stage turned into a living celebration of ideas, humor and childish sincerity. The performance “The Meeting of Mice” was staged with great success, which was not only a performance, but also a real event for the small Quantum audience. The real heroes of the stage were the students of grades 4–3 (class: N. Panosyan). Their play surprised with its naturalness, their speech with its clarity, and the interpretation of the characters with their mature thinking. Every movement, every gesture and expression spoke of the fact that on the stage there were not just children, but thinking little artists who understood and loved their role. Throughout the performance, the hall was full of laughter, interested glances and sincere emotions. “The Meeting of Mice” was performed four times for students of grades one to four of the “Quantum” school, each time with the same enthusiasm and warm welcome. The small audience not only watched the developments with pleasure, but also unobtrusively became the ideological companion of the performance. The performance skillfully conveyed the important idea of cooperation, ingenuity and unity in a simple, understandable and at the same time profound way. It reminded us that solving problems is born from united thinking, the ability to listen to each other and support each other. This performance once again confirmed that theater in the school is not just a manifestation of art. It is a powerful means of upbringing, communication and the formation of team spirit, where children learn not only to speak from the stage, but also to listen to each other, trust a friend and believe in common success. With this performance, the Quantum School once again proved that education here is not limited to a textbook: it lives on the stage, is in motion, breathes with creativity and forms a thinking, united and enterprising generation.

New Year and Christmas Message from the "Quant" College Directorate Dear students, parents, and teachers, As 2025 comes to a close, it marks a year of immense success and significant achievements for the Quant community. Throughout the year, Quant students have enriched their "Olympic arsenal" with numerous gold, silver, and bronze medals at prestigious international Olympiads. Specifically, the year began victoriously at the 21st International Zhautykov Olympiad (January 13-17, Astana), where Gagik Gevorgyan (Grade 12, IB Diploma) won a silver medal in Informatics, while Grigor Tokhyan (Math), Samvel Harutyunyan (Physics), and Alex Grigoryan (Informatics) secured bronze medals. At the 66th International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO 2025) in Queensland, Australia (July 10-20), Alex Grigoryan became one of Armenia's three bronze medalists. Alex continued his winning streak at the 37th International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) in Sucre, Bolivia (July 27 - August 3), returning with another bronze medal and crowning the academic year with double international success. From June 20-23, our college added another glorious page to its history. In the International Open Geography Olympiad (online, organized by Lomonosov Moscow State University), Hayk Antonyan and Sati Hayrapetyan won silver medals, while Nare Poghosyan and Erika Harutyunyan took home bronze. The Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (JBMO 2025) in Struga, North Macedonia (June 24-29) was historic, as the Armenian flag was raised on the JBMO Olympic platform for the first time. This symbolic moment was achieved by 9th-grader Tigran Hakheyan, who won a silver medal in his very first attempt. One of the year's most brilliant achievements occurred at the 36th International Biology Olympiad in Quezon City, Philippines (July 20-27). Tatev Simonyan became Armenia’s sole gold medalist, recording an exceptional international result, while Ara Melkonyan won a bronze medal, proving that "Quant" remains a leader in science and innovation. Our students also excelled at the Annual IT Educational Awards. Five out of the nine "Best Student" winners were Quant students. Gagik Gevorgyan, now studying at Oxford University, received the First-Class Award. Narek Grigoryan, Vahagn Hovhannisyan, Alex Grigoryan, and Grigor Tokhyan received Second-Class Awards. Furthermore, the average IB Diploma exam scores for our graduates were 4.5 to 5 points higher than the global average. Nearly 30% scored 40+ points (out of 45) and have enrolled in world-leading universities such as Oxford, UBC, UCL, and ICL. In addition to academic excellence, "Quant" continued its tradition of charity and international cultural exchange. Our students participated in educational programs in France and Switzerland, visited the UN Headquarters in Geneva, and presented Armenian culture at the "Children of the Commonwealth" forum in Belarus, where they taught peers from other nations Armenian dances and songs. We also celebrate Davit Sukiasyan’s "Best Project" win at the Natural Science Festival 2025 for his research on Graphene. Dear Quantarians, While we celebrate these wins, we also look forward to addressing new challenges with joint efforts in the coming year. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. "Quantum" School
ՀՀ փորձարարական, ոչ պետական առաջին դպրոցն է, որը հիմնադրվել է 1991թ․ սեպտեմբերին (արտոնագիր հ․ 001)։ Վարժարանի շրջանավարտները ստանում են պետական ատեստատ։ Առաջին ուստարում վարժարանը ուներ 49 աշակերտ, 17 ուսուցիչ և 21 շրջանավարտ: Զբաղեցնում էր մոտ 400 քմ տարածք: Ներկայումս շուրջ 3000 շրջանավարտ ունեցող վարժարանի տարրական, միջին և ավագ դասարաններում սովորում է մոտ 1000 աշակերտ։ Գործող 60 դասարաններից երկուսում կրթությունն իրականացվում է Միջազգային բակալավրիատի «Դիպլոմա» ծրագրով, իսկ մյուս 58 դասարաններում՝ վարժարանի հեղինակային ծրագրով։
