Three young students from Quantum College achieved brilliant results at the 67th International Mathematical Olympiad held in Shanghai, China, winning one silver and two bronze medals.
This year, 666 students from 120 countries participated in one of the world's most prestigious student competitions. The Olympiad was conducted in two theoretical rounds, during which participants solved mathematical problems of significant complexity, demonstrating their knowledge, logical thinking, and creative approach.
Hayk Manukyan, a 10th-grade student at Quantum College, was awarded a silver medal. Two other 10th-grade students from the college, Tigran Hakheyan and Aren Grigoryan, won bronze medals.
Thus, out of the one silver and four bronze medals won by the Armenian national team, three were brought home by Quantum College students, making a significant contribution to the national team's success.
This result achieved at the international Olympiad is another testament to the consistent hard work and high level of preparation of the college's students, as well as the dedicated work of their teachers and coaches.
